We understand that it is difficult to get the sizes right without trying them on your little one. So we have designed a Return Policy just for you.

 

Simply shop at your leisure, then take your treasures home to try them on you special someone.  Simply leave the tags attached, and if your selection doesn't work out, return it within five days from the date of purchase for a full refund in the same manner that you originally paid!

 

Shop with confidence that your purchase is returnable if it doesn't work!!

We also have a drop off policy because we understand that you are very busy.

 

You may bring in your items and leave them with us.  We will go thru them, and then contact you within the next two days to let you know what we would like to buy and the amount we will pay for it.

 

We always provide an incentive for taking store credit instead of cash, although there will be times that we are unable to pay cash.  We will always be up front what the current options are.

Gretchen Soares and Faline Gallagher, owners of the Butterfly Boutique, are long time residents and have deep roots in the community of Los Osos, California.  Between the two of them they have 28 years of retail experience and share a passion for children, family and community.
